We have been home from South Africa since last Sunday after our 10 week holiday in Southern Africa.

We managed to have a great time in spite of “Load Shedding” etc., etc.and it seems as if the warm sunny weather was only waiting for our arrival in SA.
a
However my main reason for writing is to say what a grand time we had in Zambia and Botswana and to thank you for the whole trip which ran so smoothly. I have to say that we enjoyed our trip to The Chobe Safari Lodge in 2005, but since that time many improvements have been made in the public areas, eg., restaurant and bars, and it is now a real pleasure to stay ithere.

The boat across the Zambezi was a little bigger than last time in that it seated about 10 people instead of 6!!!

I just want to take this opportunity to THANK YOU once again, so very much, for all your friendly professional assistance with arranging, yet another, unforgettable trip back to Vic Falls. The scheming and planning and putting together the pieces of the trip are always exciting and fun, ASWELL, as the actual journey and experience itself, AND, the sharing on return!

If one is fortunate enough the “cherry on the top” is what always makes that extra bit of difference. There were SO many “cherries” on the top of this one, but I have to admit that one of the “cherries” on the “cherries” and privileges has been the special pleasure of being able to be back in touch and do business with you again! All too often in life today, we find ourselves as just another number being processed in the hustle and bustle of society, so to have the opportunity of your “personal touch” is what makes all the difference and is greatly appreciated. I certainly look forward to having that pleasure of your assistance again in the not too distant future!

Hello Shirley!
On 30 November 09 is my last day at the office in Windhoek.

It was really fantastic to work with you over the last 8 years.

I want to say thank you so much for all your help especially for your great help in the many very last minute bookings I had on Friday afternoons.

You have always arranged wonderful trips for our customers. All of them enjoyed the tours and safaris in Zimbabwe, Zambia, Botswana and South Africa which they have booked with us. All customers said that the transfers worked like clockwork. They always enjoyed a great time at lodges and hotels you have booked.
