Our all-encompassing tours include visits to Cape Point, False Bay and the Winelands in one day, while our specialised tours enable visitors to explore each region in more depth. Our safari tours take visitors to view wildlife at one of the game reserves close to the city while visitors who are more interested in the flora are taken to experience the indigenous flowers along the west coast of South Africa. Guests who wish to view the Southern Right whales which visit our shores each year or the Great White Sharks in their natural habitat will not be disappointed as we have tours to suit these guests too. Tours in Cape Town include the following:

Cape Peninsula Tour

Experience some of the most spectacular views in the world. The tour begins with a scenic drive along the Atlantic coast passing through the fishing village of Hout Bay. Here you will have the option of taking a short boat trip to Duiker Island to view the Cape Fur seals. The tour then heads along Chapman’s Peak Drive on to Cape Point and the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. From there we travel to False Bay and return to Cape Town by way of the Simon’s Town naval base where we have the option of visiting the Penguin colony at Boulders Beach. Travel via Fishhoek fishing village and Muizenberg to Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens for a short walking tour of these beautiful gardens. Return to Cape Town in the late afternoon.

Wildlife Safari Tour

This tour involves a journey to a nearby private game reserve. After a light breakfast we enjoy an open vehicle game drive with the opportunity to view giraffe, lion, leopard, zebra, rhino, wildebeest & many other wildlife types, as well as San Bushman rock art. Lunch is included.

Flower Express Tour

Visit the West Coast and view the incredible transformation of ordinary landscape into fields of spectacular wild flowers. Experience this natural phenomenon unique to this area. Return to Cape Town in the late afternoon.

Great White Shark Cage Diving

Travel to Gansbaai.  Enjoy a light breakfast before proceeding to Dyer Island. Surface view, snorkel, or scuba cage dive this magnificent predator in its natural feeding ground. Return to Cape Town in the late afternoon.

Hermanus Tour

Travel the coastal road to Hermanus. Experience the best shore based whale watching in Southern Africa. There is an optional visit to view the penguins, with an informal wine tasting en-route. Return to Cape Town via Sir Lowry’s Pass in the late afternoon.

Winelands Tour

Get swept away by the overwhelming beauty of rolling vineyards and perfect blue sky. Start off with a visit to Paarl and the spectacular Paarl Valley. Here we enjoy a wine tasting and cellar tour at one of the local estates. The tour continues north-west to the beautiful village of Franschhoek and then on to Stellenbosch, the second oldest town in South Africa and the historic heart of the country’s wine region. The final wine-tasting will take place here at one of the well-known estates.

Cape Point Tour

Heading for Cape Point this tour takes you on a scenic drive by the Atlantic coast along Chapman’s Peak. Stop off at the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve for an introduction of beautiful indigenous Fauna and Flora. Return to Cape Town via
Simon’s Town, Fish Hoek and Muizenberg. Includes an option visit to the penguins.

Cultural Tour

Our first call is the colourful Bo-Kaap. Next the tour heads to Langa, the oldest existing formal township in the Western Cape. We will also visit Gugulethu Township, and Khayelitsha, the largest informal settlement (shacks) where we will go to a “shebeen” (pub) to meet and interact with the local community. The Sunday morning tour includes a visit to a church service in Langa.

Table Mountain & City Tour

This is a comprehensive city orientation tour starting with a trip up Table Mountain by cable car. The state-of-the-art cable car rotates 360 degrees on its way to the top, offering a panoramic view. At the summit are short walks to enjoy the magnificent vistas. Other highlights include a brief tour of the Malay Quarter, city centre, Company Gardens, Castle of Good Hope and Diamond Works. The tour then travels to Milnerton Lighthouse for an opportunity to photograph Table Mountain from across Table Bay.
